1. Service and Scope
TARIFALIA provides free comparisons of options from its accessible catalog and facilitates requests for information or service contracts. It does not claim to cover the entire market, nor does it provide the actual connectivity; the service will be supplied by the operator identified in the validated offer.
2. Comparison Tool Questions
Depending on the service selected, the tool asks about your specific needs, such as minimum fiber speed, the number of lines, and the basic requirements for each mobile line. The “Television” filter is separate and pertains to specific channels or television services. Movistar Plus+, Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ can be selected individually as optional minimum requirements; selecting a platform does not automatically activate the general television filter. In the “Mobile Only” category, the tool assumes one line—without asking for the total count—and requests details for that specific line; in the “Fiber Only” category, no information regarding a landline is requested.
3. Results, identification, requirements, and ordering
The catalog displays options that the search engine deems compatible with the user's search, including the primary plan, additional products, and an estimated monthly fee. Television services and selected platforms are treated as independent requirements. Their inclusion in a result does not, in itself, guarantee the specific plan type, duration, activation process, terms of use, advertising, equipment, or subsequent pricing; these must be verified against the offer’s specific terms and the provider’s information. The header identifies the provider of the primary plan and, where applicable, any streaming platforms included in the package. Additional products, along with their respective prices and terms, are detailed within each result; the term "included" refers specifically to the package shown and does not imply that a typically paid add-on is free of charge. An option may combine compatible products from different companies; therefore, the primary provider should not be automatically assumed to be the provider for all additional products. When an offer includes a material condition—such as a private offer, specific eligibility requirements, a new subscription, number portability, FTTH/NEBA network availability, a minimum contract term, dependency on another product, installation requirements, specific equipment, or a promotion—this is noted or summarized alongside the result, allowing the user to assess their eligibility. The absence of a specific notice does not replace the need for subsequent validation. The search engine categorizes results into exact matches, superior options, and other results; a "superior" option is only displayed ahead of others if it costs less than the best exact match. Within each group, results are ordered by their current or promotional estimated monthly fee. In the event of a tie in the monthly fee, the ranking is determined by higher fiber-optic speed, a larger mobile data allowance, and a greater number of included products. If all these criteria are equal, commercial compensation is used solely as a final tie-breaker, without obscuring other relevant matches. Any closely related alternative must be clearly identified.
4. Estimated monthly fee, absence of reservation, and validation
By clicking “I’m interested in this plan,” the user expresses interest in the selected option and may initiate a pre-contractual application for processing. Clicking this button does not formalize a contract, nor does it, by itself, create an obligation to pay. The quoted fee is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an irrevocable contractual offer; it is neither reserved nor guaranteed. Pricing, promotions, and the formalization of a contract are subject to various factors, including—but not limited to—validity, coverage, network area, eligibility, origin, type of sign-up, taxes, technical and commercial availability, included services, and final acceptance by the provider. If any essential element changes, the new information must be communicated, and the corresponding acceptance must be obtained before proceeding.
5. Sign-up Form
Depending on the selected package, the form requests the following: whether the account holder is an individual or a company; identity and contact details; home address and IBAN; installation address; whether a new landline number or porting of an existing one is required; for each mobile line, whether a new number or porting is requested, along with the choice of SIM/eSIM; and any relevant documents or remarks. Conditional fields appear only when required by the specific package.
5a. Electricity and Gas: Assessments and Contracting
Requesting an assessment and uploading an invoice authorizes only the analysis of your data and the provision of a proposal; it does not change your energy supplier or formalize a contract. Once the report is available, the “I want to sign up for this proposal” button provides access to a private link where you can confirm the account holder, contact details, address, CUPS (supply point code), IBAN, and—where applicable—provide any additional documentation. Submitting this second form constitutes a pre-contractual application and does not, by itself, activate the energy supply. A contract is only formalized once Gana Energía provides the official contract to the account holder, who may then review the prices and terms before signing it personally via the provided signature process. Any indicated savings are estimates; the validated offer and the official contract shall always take precedence.
6. No automatic formalization and pre-contractual information
Submission does not reserve a rate or its price, does not activate lines, does not initiate a number porting process, and does not, in itself, constitute a contract. Before formalization, the following information must be provided on a durable medium: the operator’s identity, service characteristics, coverage, fees and taxes, promotional offers and subsequent pricing, eligibility requirements, installation, equipment, minimum commitment periods, contract duration, termination procedures, complaint handling, guaranteed service quality, and the right of withdrawal—including the mandatory contractual summary. The contracting process may only proceed following validation by the operator and the receipt of all required acceptances.
6 bis. Minimum commitment periods and partner commissions
Any customer commitment period and potential early termination costs are those specified in the operator’s offer and contract, if applicable.
The period during which commissions may be reclaimed is 6 or 12 months from effective activation, depending on the operator or provider and the terms of the service, plan or campaign. Check the specific period in the transaction’s particular terms before processing it. This period is independent of any minimum commitment the customer may have with their operator. See the terms for distributors and wholesalers.
7. Coverage, number porting, SIM cards, and equipment
Coverage depends on the service address and the network. For number porting, the account holder’s details and the phone number must match; the line to be retained must not be canceled beforehand. The availability of a physical SIM or eSIM depends on the operator and the device. Routers and set-top boxes may be provided on a loan basis and must be returned.
8. Accuracy, security, and documentation
The applicant declares that all provided data and documents are accurate and that they are authorized by the account holder. Only the file formats and sizes specified in each form are accepted; for energy services, this includes JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF files up to 8 MB per document. TARIFALIA reserves the right to reject applications that are incomplete, incompatible, duplicate, or show reasonable indications of fraud.
9. Withdrawal, cancellation, and termination
Where applicable to a distance contract, the operator must provide information regarding the timeframe, procedure, and consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal—including any potential costs incurred if the service commenced at the user’s express request. An application that has not yet been formalized may be canceled by writing to hola@tarifalia.es. The cancellation of an existing service and the return of equipment are handled through the service provider.
10. Customer support and complaints
TARIFALIA addresses issues related to its comparison or brokerage services. Matters concerning technical faults, billing, number portability, service quality, or service cancellation should first be directed to the service provider. See the available channels and relevant authorities at Customer service and complaints and a practical summary at Rights of telecommunications users.
11. Communications and proof
References, evidence of acceptance, dates, and documentation are used to process and verify a request. It is recommended to keep the contract summary, the validated offer, and any confirmation received.
12. Regulations and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Spanish regulations regarding information society services, data protection, telecommunications, and consumer protection apply, alongside the operator's terms and conditions. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting clause.
13. Official Sources
- Consolidated regulations on consumer protection and distance contracting.
- Law 11/2022, General Telecommunications Law.
- Charter of Rights for Electronic Communications Users.
Professional area and available services
TARIFALIA provides authorised shops, businesses, self-employed professionals, distributors and wholesalers with tools to prepare proposals and manage requests, documentation and commissions. Telecommunications is the main activity; electricity and gas assessments and requests are also handled. Alarms, insurance and vehicle leasing are listed as upcoming services, and their announcement does not allow them to be ordered until enabled with their terms.
Public information and guides are accessible to everyone. The plan calculator and professional operations require an authorised account. The platform does not replace the operator or energy supplier providing the service.
See the terms of the private platform and the terms for distributors and wholesalers. The end-customer service terms and the collaborator’s commercial contract govern different relationships.
