Ask what content the customer wants to watch
Identify specific channels, sports, series and platforms. Check the subscriptions the customer already has to avoid paying twice for an equivalent service.
Included and compatible do not mean the same thing
An included platform is part of the tariff under the stated conditions. A compatible add-on can be added if it meets its rules and has its own fee, unless the offer specifies otherwise.
The plan also matters
Check whether the plan includes advertising, the number of devices, quality and the activation process. For sports, confirm the competitions and the exact scope of the package.
A quote with the total clearly visible
Add up the main tariff, mobile lines and selected add-ons. If the promotion ends, explain the subsequent fee. Always verify the offer’s conditions before presenting it as current.
