A new line and number portability are different cases
Ask whether the customer will keep their number. For number portability, record the donor operator: an offer exclusive to customers of a specific company cannot be extended to customers from any operator.
Data, calls and usage outside Spain
Check actual usage, included GB, rollover and what happens when data runs out. Review included calls and roaming conditions in the offer. Do not assume that unlimited data means unrestricted use of any kind.
Main or additional line
An additional line may require a compatible main tariff. Check the complete package before presenting its fee as though it could be purchased separately.
Before requesting activation
Confirm the accepted customer type and line details. The offer must explain restrictions using the operator’s name when needed to make them understandable.
