TARIFALIA for resellers: compare, advise and manage. Explore the professional area →

TARIFALIA is a platform for resellers. Its comparison tool helps prepare proposals for customers using the available catalogue; it does not compare every offer on the market. The pricing tool and management functions require an authorised professional account.

Transparency of TARIFALIA’s comparison tool

A comparison should explain what is included, how much the package costs and which requirements it meets. This methodology describes TARIFALIA’s current search tool.

Catalogue coverage

We compare the tariffs available in our commercial catalogue. We do not claim to cover every offer on the Spanish market or every operator’s private promotions. You can also consult the public tariff catalogue.

Filters and data for each line

The search uses the service type, minimum fibre speed, number of mobile lines and minimum data allowance requested for each one. Allowances can be assigned to compatible lines without requiring a particular line to be the main line.

Fibre speed is expressed in Mb or Gb and is not added to mobile GB. If a tariff has a shared allowance, that volume is shared between the specified lines: it is not presented as a full allowance for each line. A MultiSIM depends on an operator’s line and does not count as a new independent line.

Television and additional platforms

Television and platforms are requested separately. ‘No preference’ does not require the service; ‘Yes’ adds it as a requirement. The search tool can supplement the main tariff with television or streaming when the catalogue indicates compatibility. It can also use a product compatible with different operators if its conditions are met.

Price of a complete combination

The fee includes the main tariff, the quantity of each add-on and any television or streaming products included in the proposal. The retail price of each component and the total are displayed. Check both the promotional period and the subsequent fee, as well as any additional costs stated in the terms.

Result ranking

Exact matches, higher-specification options and other results are separated first. A higher-specification option is recommended ahead of the best exact match if its current fee is lower. Within price-ranked groups, the current or promotional fee is compared first; in a tie, the fee after promotions is compared. The included services, fibre speed, mobile data and number of products are then considered. Commercial remuneration is used only as the final tie-breaker. For other results, the degree of matching is also prioritised.

This ranking does not mean the lowest accumulated cost over every period. A promotion that is cheaper initially may have a higher subsequent fee. To decide, check how long you expect to keep the service and the package’s pricing periods.

When there is no exact package

The notice summarises the request and presents the available close alternatives. Each alternative explains which condition changes. It should not be interpreted as an exact match for every original requirement.

What remains to be confirmed before contracting

An enquiry does not reserve a tariff or start a number transfer. Coverage, account ownership, eligibility, campaign validity, minimum commitment, installation and equipment must be confirmed. The catalogue may change between the enquiry and processing.

How TARIFALIA is funded

The comparison tool is free to use. Commercial remuneration may be received for a completed contract; it is not presented as an additional charge for comparing. The contracting terms and the terms of each service are reviewed before acceptance.

See our editorial policy and the guide to interpreting a proposal. To report information that needs reviewing, write to hola@tarifalia.es specifying the tariff and the particular information.
