2. Purpose and nature of the service
TARIFALIA provides public information regarding rates, as well as professional tools for comparing and brokering fiber, mobile, landline, and television services, for use by retail stores, businesses, and authorized partners. It is not a telecommunications operator; it does not provide connectivity, nor does it claim to compare every offer available on the market. The tool operates based on the commercial catalog available to TARIFALIA at any given time.
3. How to interpret a comparison
The results are generated by applying the specified filters and displaying options from the catalog that the engine deems compatible, identifying the products, operators, and estimated costs. The header identifies the primary operator and the platforms included in the package. The price and terms for any additional services are detailed within the results; the presence of a logo does not imply that an additional service is free of charge. If an option combines products from different companies, the primary operator should not automatically be assumed to apply to all additional services. When the catalog includes specific material requirements—such as private offers limited to certain origins, specific coverage areas, new subscriptions, number portability, minimum contract duration, dependency on another product, promotional terms, installation requirements, or equipment—TARIFALIA displays or summarizes these alongside the rate. The results are provided for guidance only: they do not certify that an individual meets the necessary requirements, they do not confirm service coverage, and they do not constitute an irrevocable contractual offer. Before signing up for any service, the validity and full terms and conditions of each relevant provider must be verified.
4. Inquiries, non-guaranteed pricing, and absence of automatic contracting
Clicking “I am interested in this plan” merely indicates interest and allows you to proceed toward a potential pre-contractual request; it does not formalize a contract, nor does it, by itself, create an obligation to pay. Requesting a call, completing a form, or submitting documentation initiates a request for information or pre-contractual steps. The quoted rate is neither reserved nor guaranteed and may change if the promotional campaign is updated or if the validation process reveals different conditions. Submitting information does not activate service lines, trigger a porting process, replace the provider’s contractual summary, or formalize a contract until the applicable terms have been communicated and accepted, and the operator has validated the request.
5. User obligations
Users must utilize the site in a lawful manner, provide accurate information, and refrain from submitting data or documents belonging to third parties without sufficient authorization. Unauthorized access, mass data extraction, interference with the service, impersonation, the transmission of malicious code, and any use that infringes upon the rights of third parties are strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual property, trademarks, and third-party content
The design, code, text, and proprietary elements are protected. The names, trademarks, and logos of operators and platforms belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification, information, and comparison purposes. Their presence does not imply sponsorship, exclusivity, or that TARIFALIA acts on behalf of the brand.
7. Availability, links, and liability
TARIFALIA implements reasonable measures to ensure availability, integrity, and security; however, it cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions, errors caused by third parties, or changes to service catalogs. External links are provided for reference and are subject to the policies of their respective owners. No clause herein limits the mandatory rights of consumers or any liabilities that cannot be legally excluded.
8. Commercial communications
Electronic commercial communications will only be sent when a valid legal basis exists. Consent for commercial communications is optional, separate from the requested service, and may be withdrawn at any time by writing to hola@tarifalia.es.
9. Customer support and complaints
Issues regarding the comparison tool or the intermediation service are handled at hola@tarifalia.es. Matters concerning technical faults, billing, service cancellations, or the quality of the contracted service are primarily the responsibility of the operator. Please consult the full procedure at Customer service and complaints.
10. Applicable law
Spanish law applies. Consumers retain their right to access the legal forums and complaint mechanisms provided by applicable regulations, and are not required to submit to any courts other than those that are legally competent.

Professional area and available services
TARIFALIA provides authorised shops, businesses, self-employed professionals, distributors and wholesalers with tools to prepare proposals and manage requests, documentation and commissions. Telecommunications is the main activity; electricity and gas assessments and requests are also handled. Alarms, insurance and vehicle leasing are listed as upcoming services, and their announcement does not allow them to be ordered until enabled with their terms.
Public information and guides are accessible to everyone. The plan calculator and professional operations require an authorised account. The platform does not replace the operator or energy supplier providing the service.
See the terms of the private platform and the terms for distributors and wholesalers. The end-customer service terms and the collaborator’s commercial contract govern different relationships.
