2. How many mobile lines will they order and how do they use each one?

4. Do they need a landline, television or a streaming platform?
5. What is their monthly budget for the whole package?

Compare the full price

Check the main plan and add any extra lines or services. Distinguish the promotional monthly fee from the subsequent price and check included taxes, installation and equipment according to the offer.

For example, for a family with three mobile lines, a plan that includes only one line needs two add-ons: the price of the main plan is not the final cost.

Before processing number portability

Check coverage, the account holder’s details and the lines’ terms. Explain minimum commitments and possible costs under the customer’s current contract. The request is subject to the operator’s validation and availability.

Collect authorisation and documents through the ordering process. Then check the transaction’s status in the professional area.
