COMMERCIAL COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

Hereinafter, THE COMPANY.

And on the other hand:

THE DISTRIBUTOR.

1. PURPOSE

This agreement governs the commercial collaboration between THE COMPANY and THE DISTRIBUTOR for the marketing of the products and services offered on the DAVATEL platform.

2. PRODUCTS, TARIFFS AND COMMISSIONS

The applicable products, tariffs, promotions and commissions shall be those published on the official DAVATEL website.

3. COMMISSION ACCRUAL AND CLAWBACK

If the customer cancels within the period of 6 or 12 months from effective activation applicable to the operator or provider and to the service, tariff or campaign, THE COMPANY may withdraw or reclaim the commissions generated in accordance with the specific conditions of that transaction. The exact period must be checked before processing it and is independent of the customer's minimum commitment period.
